Essential Oils to Reduce Stress and Anxiety (e-Course)

During this e-course, we will  first provide an introduction about stress and anxiety and the role and use of essential oils and aromatherapy in stress management. Most find it difficult to get away and remove themselves from the stress of everyday life especially with the current state of our world.

Essential oils can allow us to cope with stress more effectively and help reduce tension, anxiety and other stress-related symptoms.

In the e-course modules we will be offering, we will provide information on some of the best essential oils to try along with the evidence supporting their use in reducing anxiety, promoting calm and relaxation, boosting energy and helping us to manage our stress levels.
